The third edition , Winter School for Women 2021, on “Unstructured Data Analytics”, organized by International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS) was held from Jan 27th to Feb 12th 2021. This edition was conducted through online due to pandemic. A total of 42 participants from various fields attended the session. The school convened women who were Post Graduate students, Research scholars, Faculty and Professionals from industry. The main aim of the school was to introduce women to the rapidly growing analytics world and innovate them to delve into various analytic dimensions. Eventhough the session was online, the speakers and participants could easily bridge the gap by effective involvement. The winter school encouraged the participants to come up with the best and brightest ideas in various areas of analytics. During such worse scenarios, where everyone goes through such dare situations, this online platform played a vital role in bringing people together and sharing knowledge that awakens new wisdom to participants.

A total of 42 women participants attended the school.
Event Outcome
The event involved the women community focussing on the academic and research development in the area of language processing. The participants were keen on presenting the project proposals and they positively took the suggestion to keep in contact with each other to develop the projects they came up with.
